After thirty years writing novels and short stories while teaching others to write at Ryerson University and Sheridan College, Lynda turned her skills to screenwriting. When her first script titled The Light at the End won ten awards at festivals around the world, she took on the role of Producer to turn that script into a short film. The result is Ed and Alfie, directed by Shelly J. Hong and quickly garnering awards and attention at global festivals.

Being cursed with optimism, Lynda has teamed up with Shelly again to adapt one of her novels into a screenplay and is diving into the world of feature length film financing with eyes wide open.
